This small hotel offers comfortable accommodation and a lively adjoining bar all within walking distance of the city centre. A warm welcome awaits at reception which is serviced by our friendly bar team. The bedrooms are in modern decor to a 3-star standard. Many are bright and overlook the Bruntsfield Links. Breakfast is served in the bar area, which also serves meals throughout the day. Meals can also be enjoyed in the beer garden to the front of the hotel and bar.

The hotel does not have a lift and is therefore unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. The reception area/lounge is serviced by the bar staff and is located on the ground floor where guests can relax. On street parking is limited near to the hotel and noise from the bar can affect some bedrooms.
